HILLSIDE COUNTRY CLUB

We are regulars here and we love it!  The people are great, the food is fabulous, and its always a nice time.  It’s a cozy place in the winter and fun in the summer.

WINTER – LA COLLINA RESTAURANT

During the winter the restaurant, La Collina, is open with a great savory menu.  They have great specials, my favorite, the martini flight with a free appetizer.  There is a warm fireplace that I love to get a table at on Valentine’s Day.  There’s nothing like a good glass of wine in front of a fire!  Oh and let’s not forget about dessert!  Check out their calendar for the entertainment line up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CRISTALLO SPA

The Cristallo Spa is right across the way.  Sometimes I will go there and meet Rob at the bar after I’ve had a nice massage or have gotten my nails done.  Definitely a relaxing evening.

They have all kinds of packages for facials, massages, seaweed wraps!  You name it!  I got a spa treatment one time and ordered food after my massage before I got my pedicure!  It was a rainy day and a perfect time to be pampered.  I actually won a gift certificate for a full spa treatment.  Great girls night … or day!  Check them out online.  I didn’t have any of my own photos to post from inside, but it is very nice.  Guess I have an excuse to go back soon!

SUMMER – HILLSIDE GOLF & HILLSIDE TIKI BAR

They have a 9 hole public golf course.  Don’t worry if you are a beginner (raising my hand).  If you time it right, you can golf and end your day at the Tiki Bar!  If you want a table, you will definitely have to reserve it ahead of time.  The Tiki Bar is the hopping place in the nice weather days.  They have a summer menu with great burgers and brick oven pizza made right there.  Again, check out the calendar on entertainment.  They always have live music playing.  On occasion there’s even dancing!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition to the golf, the La Collina restaurant, and the Tiki Bar, they have an outdoor pool (membership only).  If you don’t have a pool at home you can get a membership at the pool and sit with a drink in hand in the sun there after the spa or golf.

Hillside also has a banquet facility.  If you’re lucky, you can catch fireworks being set off for a wedding.  We have actually been to several events here and the food has been excellent.  Not to mention the view off the back patio is beautiful at sunset.  They have firepits out there that when there isn’t a wedding going on you can sit at.
