The food menu isn’t huge but the selection ranges from King Crab Legs to a House Burger. AXE BAR BILLIARDS BOWLING DARTS If you still want to throw things….. (no picture) ARCADE I will probably call ahead to see if I need to make reservations for anything and I’m sure the day you go will make a difference on availability of tables, dart boards, lanes, and karts.

The Comedy Connection & Dinner Next Door
The Comedy Connection The Comedy Connection is always fun. We always book ahead of time because we’ve gone with a group. They serve alcohol inside as well as appetizers. The Black Duck After you’ve had a good laugh go next door to the Black Duck Restaurant. The food is amazing and they have a big list of craft beers from local breweries. They often have a band or entertainment in the bar area.

They work with visitors who want to have a special evening with the gondola rides and will set up a romantic dinner for you on the river overlooking the WaterFire. So I’m going back with a plan! I will post my experience, but for now here is information in case you beat me to it. 2020 WaterFire Providence Event Schedule Plan Your Visit…

Our Trip to Portugal, St. Michael
Nordeste We were so lucky and fortunate that one of my best friends, Lillian, and her parents, graciously let us stay with them at their home for the first part of our trip! We stayed in Nordeste. The view was beautiful and Lil’s mom spoiled us by making us food everyday. We were able to truly get the full experience. We ate fish stew, all different meat dishes, and of course SOUP!! And my favorite was the fresh bread! The View The view was just beautiful. You could see cows in the pasture, the local church, and yes, everyone’s laundry! Most houses do not own a dryer. …

First Blog
So I’ve been wanting to do this blog for a long time. I am so looking forward to trying new places! I can’t wait to have ideas already put together to make it easier for others to figure out what to do when they are going out. But of course I start it during a “Corona Virus Pandemic”! So until we are all released from our houses, I will work on the “On My Radar” category! This category will have a lot of general information about where I would like to visit or it’s somewhere I’ve been and want to go back so that I can blog about a day…
